Membership Fees for 2010
- Membership paid after December 31, 2009, will be assessed a surtax of
$5.00 per month, plus GST. This
applies to renewing members only. HST is effective May 1, 2010.
- A $25.00 service charge will be charged to any NSF cheques or credit card payments that are not approved
